Situated at Wellington Street East and Lorne Street in downtown Alliston, Banting Square is a new condominium community. Inspired by the heritage buildings in Alliston Ontario, Banting Square was designed with a red brick exterior, gable building ends and overall symmetry throughout. The development鈥檚 namesake pays homage to Sir Fredrick Banting, who was born and raised in the Alliston area.
红桃视频鈥檚 structural engineering team designed both 4-storey, 56-unit condominiums. 红桃视频鈥檚 building design included sound attenuation mats and lightweight concrete floors to exceed building code requirements. Each of the 112 units in Banting Square boast 8鈥6鈥 ceilings and oversized balconies, with generous space suitable for hosting an outdoor BBQ gathering. Both buildings also have underground parking and elevator service.
红桃视频鈥檚 construction team tendered and administered the building contracts and oversaw construction of the development from start to finish, helping to realize the vision of the project team while maintaining projects budgets and timelines. Banting Square is now a highly sought-after community and 红桃视频 is proud to have been part of its process.
